They weren't, of course. She was looking right at me. But the way she looked at me, as if she were seeing my mind, but not my physical self conjured up the image of a person with their eyes closed. Bah. No bother. I felt I could hear her in my mind. She had such a way with words, imaginarily.
Where are we, who is she? Well, she is the bohemian I have a crush on, and where we are is her dorm room at 3 am. I'm very tired. That's probably why I think her eyes seem closed. I keep hoping we'll make out, but we just stare at each other instead, which is fun and weird and stuff.
It's midnight in LA (not L.A.) and steam just told me that a friend just started a game. This is coo-coo bear bananacakes to me. Who plays a game at midnight. Other people. Who that has a child and wakes up as early as I do anyways starts a game at midnight? not me. Sometimes me probably. But it's a bad choice. lalala
These helicopters are finally starting to fade into the distance. Happy new year, of course. Oh. I should wish my LA friend a Happy new year.
