In life there is no substitute for hard work , your current situation is not permanent, you might be poor today and rich tomorrow. We must not lose faith, just keep believing and keep working hard, some of the most successful men we know today tried and failed so many times but the kept trying.
A man in my community Mr Dan, his story is an inspiration to me and I feel that I should share it with us.

Mr Dan graduated from the University with a good result and everyone expected him to get a good job after that, but that was not the case. He spent 6years looking for a Job but he couldn't find one. Mr Dan could barely survive and he felt like he was a disappointment to his family. Everyone in his family had pulled their resources together to fund Mr Dan's education. They all hoped that at the end of his studies he would get a Job in one of the big multi- national companies but that was not the case. Mr Dan was brilliant and was also very smart, I can remember of the companies he applied to and the rejected him because the felt he was over qualified.

Mr Dan after failing to get a Job for about 6years he decided to stop Job hunting and put his qualification into use, Dan studied Chemical Engineering at the University and graduated tops of his class. Dan after a long day of thinking about what he could do, He arrived at Paint production. This was a great idea but it is capital intense, Dan thought of where he could get a loan to start up the business, He went and met with some of the rich men in our community but most of them needed a collateral from him, because they all knew if the business idea fail that means they have lost their money. Dan would prepare his business plan and proposal and show it to these men , they all loved the idea but they all had one fear, that is losing their money .

Dan was advice by a friend to take his business proposal and plan to some banks that one would surely give him a loan without collateral. He went to about 8 banks but none of them bought his idea, because it was too risky.
Dan then had an idea that he could start visiting construction sites and he would tell them that he sells paint and when the pay him part of the money for the buckets of paint needed he would use it to produce the paints but nobody trusted him with their money because His company was not visible but just an idea the head. On one of his visits to a construction site he met with the owner of the property and the man loved his courage and decided to buy some buckets if paint from Dan, Dan was so happy.

He took his time and produced a very high quality paint. The owner of the site was thrilled and asked Dan to meet him at his office. Dan went to the man's office , the man asked him for his business plan and proposal, after going through the documents he was impressed. He told Dan he was going to partner with him. The next day the lawyer prepared the necessary documents and they both signed it. Dan runs the company while his partner is a silent partner. Their company is now the biggest producers paints in the whole country. Mr Dan is now one of the richest men in the country.
No matter the situation you find yourself never give up, keep on working hard and one day you shall reap the fruits of your labor.
