Hello @erikah bel Post, I must tell you that for the first place I am perfectly in agreement๐๐๐ฎ๐น but on the second and third of Greece and Spain I have some doubts indeed about Spain I have strong doubts that it deserves so much, what do you say?

๐๐คฃ What a surprise! Who would have thought you value Italian cuisine so much ๐๐คฃ
Ok, jokes aside, we agree on the first place. As about the net two, I don't know what to say. I'm not the best judge as have never been in these countries and my culinary knowledge is limited but I trust your judgement completely .
do not think that I am the best cook either because Italian hahaha it is not like that! well look on the bright side if your culinary knowledge is limited you can always expand it by eating!๐๐คฉ
No matter at what level my culinary knowledge is, I'm always tasting what I can. Less spicy and hot food, as I don't like that, nor I am allowed to eat those :)
I also find it hard to eat spicy food, you know here in Italy it is said that spicy food is like the highway you pay for at the exit! ๐๐ถ๏ธ๐ฝ
๐๐คฃYeah, I've heard that here as well, but don't know if it's true as I don't eat chili or hot paprika. Who needs such an experience? I don't ๐ณ
well let's avoid๐
By the way, what can you cook if I'm not too direct ๐ You must know pasta of all kinds and Pizza as well.
Pesto alla Genovese? Focaccia? Arancini?๐
Had minestrone and saltimbocca in the Hague once in an Italian restaurant. We ate like pigs. Actually I was full already con il antipasto. We had pane freco col olio di olive e verdure al burro ๐
when you come to Italy do you give your best ๐ค?! Well I know how to make Pasta in every way, pesto is great for me but I prefer the variant with pistachio instead of pine nut, pizza is so simple that anyone can do it but to be the top you have to be really good.
