“Ciao, tu sei Luca, giusto?
Pensai tra me e me.
Devi impegnarti in quello.

...continua

One evening Luca goes down to take out the garbage, but when he tries to return to his house, on the 20th floor of a suburban building, he discovers that another person lives in his apartment and that his life, as it was until some moment before, it no longer exists. From this moment on, new and unexpected adventures begin for Luca, which mix with the memories of his old life.

Camarilla Brilla

None of us panicked, we had fun as usual and the audience at the end of the concert was enthusiastic, it was a great satisfaction. What happened next completely changed the course of our lives and happened quite randomly.
At the end of the concert we went to dinner with the organizers, at one point one of them took me aside and told me that there was a person who wanted to talk to me. I did not even understand what was happening and I was dragged into a nearby room, where a guy I had never seen before was waiting for me.
“Hi, you are Luca, right? I'm Denis. "" he came towards me with his hand outstretched as if it were a sword, I shook it without conviction, I hate it when I don't understand what is happening around me.
“Pleased to meet you Denis. Yes, I'm Luca. "" but what do you want from me Denis? I thought to myself.
“I'll come straight to the point. I work for a record company, I heard you sing tonight and I realized that you are the person we have been looking for for a couple of years now. "" I guess I got a very questioning expression on my face.
""I explain to you. We talk about you, right? "" now ... but it was a rhetorical question, he didn't wait at all for me to confirm all that confidence he had already taken.
""Among our groups there is one of great success, they do from two hundred to three hundred concerts a year, at least one record ... here, in short, the singer is fed up, he wants to leave but he has a contract, but we want to come to him meeting, also because I do not know how much it will still hold up. So we've been looking for someone to replace him for two years. I heard you sing tonight, I saw how you play a role with the audience, you are perfect. If you want to continue playing it is fine for us too, the key thing is that you do the lead vocals. The money for you is really a lot. Obviously the other members of the group will have their say, but I'm sure you will do well: you are perfect. "" he had taken a single pull, now he was waiting for a sign from me.
I did not know what to say, I took a breath as if I had been speaking up to that moment.
""But the group?"" the only thing that came out of me was this. Denis didn't seem to like it, I think he was used to different reactions from people he touched with his magic wand turning them from toads into blue princes with that simple gesture of choosing them.
“Well the group, that is, you mean this group, tonight? - I nodded yes, for him we were a nobody, I thought I understood - Yes, this group is nice. But what I propose to you is something else entirely, do you understand? You join an already famous band and you just have to sing. Then if you want to play, write pieces with others, in short, then you see, you can do everything. I'm talking to you about at least two hundred concerts a year, are you following me? Of course you wouldn't have time for other things. The contract is an exclusive. You have to commit to that. No other bands and no solo stuff. You have to sign me for at least five years, if you sign for ten the money goes up. Look, I'm talking about figures with many zeros, do you understand me correctly? ""
