How do I cope with Mental Health & Depression

Dealing with depression and mental health is a critical part which usually comes in everyone's life for sure. Its a curse. Its like an insect who eats you from inside gradually. At the end, you become a useless puppet who only look sad and depressed all the life you spend.

This phase is undoubtedly critical and facing it with bravery is another exam of yourself. Do whatever you like to do to avoid such depressed moments of your life.

Almost half of us most of the time suffer from depression at some point in our life. There are some categories of depression. Some people depressed by their domestic problems and relationships.

For me, the best way to treat the depression is to ignore. Ignoring is the best way to achieve mind relaxation. Some people just depressed for no reason, we can called them sensitive. I made a way to slow things down and think clearly so that I can do make better choices, help me move through uncomfortable situations instead of just reacting to them.

There so many strategies of coping depression, whether be friendship, whether be exercise, whether be dance, just do it what you feel relaxed in it. I do exercise in gym for coping depression. When I feel depressed I assume to do a walk of 15 minutes and try to relax my mind and think those beautiful moments of my life in which I felt delightful.

You can just divert your mind for coping depression to thoughts that you liked so much. If you are not be able to do any of above thing then the last and final approach is "Ignoring",Just ignore and live your life that you want to live.
