Expectations vs. Reality: My First Whole-Wheat Bread


¿Es un pan o un intento fallido?
Dicen que el pan integral es la base de una vida equilibrada, sin embargo mis primeros intentos sin duda han sido algo complicado, no he podido dar con esa densidad suave con la que se identifica, Mi cocina se ha convertido en un laboratorio de nutrición o eso quisiera, probando recetas, inventando un poco, buscando ese toque entre lo suave, rico, manejable y bien hecho.
¿Alguna vez han horneado algo que solo tu saboreas a pesar de lo duro y seco que quede?

They say whole-grain bread is the foundation of a balanced lifestyle, but my first attempts have definitely been a bit of a struggle—I haven’t been able to achieve that soft, dense texture it’s known for. My kitchen has turned into a nutrition lab—or at least that’s what I’d like it to be—as I test recipes, experiment a little, and search for that perfect balance between soft, flavorful, manageable, and well-baked.
