Here i'm bringing up my experience at one of the biggest supermarkets called spar in my country

Have visited a lot but here is my first time visiting spar and it happens to be one of the biggest branches, found out that there's a community that welcomes posts like this and it's tagged market Friday thought I should join the moving train and have a post on market Friday.

It's my first time and I must say @dswigle is doing a lot of good work here with this initiative.

Sometimes getting goods in bulk or large quantity saves cost and also has a lot of advantages I would say it's the best option and a favorable one in time of cost.

I was out sometime last week, close to a supermarket and it occur to me I needed to restock some of my needs.
I wanted a place with affordable price, trust me these days you just need to get a good price because the rate at which prices of things skyrocket is alarming.

Spar was my option and I went straight inside to get my needs and see if spar was worth a trial.

The supermarket is a big one and from the gate to the entrance took me a three minutes walk, I was not bothered I only need to get my needs I said to myself

Immediately I got In, every goods inside was screaming take me, take me, places like this you need to come with a budget else you end up getting what's not needed.

The fruit and vegetable role has a lot to offer with lots of fruits available.

Then I took a tour to the stationaries role and, saw a lot of self-development books but my pocket kept keeping me on track

Their wine and drink price looks affordable and with a lot of brands, you can say that they have everything you'd ever think of in terms of drinks

I did a little tour around just to see the price of things before getting what I wanted and then I ended up getting beverages, Quaker oats, and a lot more

found out that I spent a total amount of eight thousand naira, range of 12$ depending on the dollar rate and I must say the price of things over there is bearable.

Well, this is it, my market Friday experience

Thank you for reading my post

Please drop the link to your post on my #MarketFriday post. Thank you!

Rules of the Road to Join #MarketFriday!

Go to the market, or anywhere that you pay money for a service. It can be a movie, an auction, or even a museum. Wherever money is exchanged for a service or product.
Take pictures! Be creative!
Tell us a little bit about the market or the event. What brought you there? What did you buy? How much did it cost? Was it expensive? Did it go up or down? A scroll of pictures with few words doesn't usually work.
Post the pictures. Of course, you should tell a little bit about the ones you post, it is too difficult to guess about some.
Use the MarketFriday Community Platform to post (#hive-196308) This is not required but appreciated.
PLEASE Drop the link into the MarketFriday comment section so I can find it!!
Following me and reblogging the post would be appreciated, but not a rule, more vision for more views on the #MarketFriday posts!

  1. You must put #MarketFriday by @dswigle somewhere on your post.
As always, please remember! #MarketFriday loves you!

Welcome to #MarketFriday! So glad you hopped on! This train has been moving along for over 5 years! :) Never too late to catch it!

What a nice market! I love the traditional markets, but, sometimes. you just have to go to one of these for the staple items. It really is pretty huge! So, tell me, did you like it? :)

What things do you like the price of? Oh! I wanted to ask, do they have meat there? (of course, they do!) Did you check out the prices and is it higher/lower or the same? You can never tell on the meat in many places. I wish I could only spend $12!! We have gone up far too much!

One last thing! What town/village/city are you in? That makes a huge difference when we are comparing! Happy that you joined! Thank you for participating in #MarketFriday! I appreciate the time and effort that goes into putting a post together for the challenge. It is with great pleasure that I read through and realize how much we have all tried to include things in our world that may be unique to the area. I have learned so much about the different cultures of the world, especially the small things that go unnoticed except by those looking for them. Life is interesting, wherever you are, whatever you are doing. I hope the week has found you healthy and happy, as we all look to prosper in our way of life.

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:

Here in Nigeria 12$ is huge,at least to spend in a market for beverages.

I enjoy doing this and yes I should share my experience more often.
