One thing that is common to everyone one is having a good diet sure help stay healthy and likewise, the opposite can be very harmful to the health It a general rule we all need, a healthy diet to be healthy and how we all get that can be different the important part is making sure it healthy

A healthy diet is a type that meets the nutritional needs, a diet that help stay healthy, a type that helps fight disease, and most importantly paramount to health.

How we all attain our healthy diet can be different it all depends on what we are surrounded with and how well we get access to healthy food the important aspect is eating foods that meet our nutritional needs and help us stay healthy.

Take note of what you eat everything has to be moderate no matter how great its benefits can be once is too much it becomes a threat to the health.

No single food has all nutrients so to have a healthy diet different food is required.

A healthy diet does not involve you neglecting your favorites all it involves is taking note of the healthy ones and putting limitations on those that can be harmful to your health.

It involves not skipping meals and eating more raw foods than processed foods like salad, fruits, and vegetables to have better skin, and more energy and to help improve digestion

It involves getting rid of visible fats in food to prevent heart disease and the risk of obesity
before cooking although not all fat is to be removed as fats also help have a healthy diet

It involves putting limitations on stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, and refined sugar to have a better sleep

It involves adding more vegetables to food and retaining boiled vegetable water to use as stock in other meal preparation
And more importantly, involves taking enough water

it okay to acquire your healthy diet in a different way as long it is healthy and safe it a healthy diet

There are foods that can harm us and it is better we put a limitation on them and focus on choosing the right healthy diet to make us keep fit and vibrant all the time.

Though we may crave our favourites sometimes, it would be good to balance them with good nutrition. Thank you for sharing

Out of all the entries I've seen for this challenge, many people seem to be saying so much about processed foods. But, you know that these kinda foods has become a part of many people's lifestyle.

I hope they get to cut down on intake of processed foods. As for alcohol, it has to be taken in moderation. For me, I've never tasted alcohol so, I'm good on that. Hehe.

This is my own take home from all I read. Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't indulge yourself once in a while. It's all about moderation
