A lot have been said about financial stability and how to grow here on Leofinace. Is not long we are asked to set our Leo goal in 2023 and many joined in that Challenge and set achievable goal. After reading so many of this goals, i began to ask, why is it that how to make money is not thought in school? Why do we have so many teachers out there who are teaching us something that they are not doing, why do we have so many poor graduates. Why do people still go about looking for Job for years when they can think?

Now is the time to think outside the box. To think like an Enterprenur. What i mean here is the mindset. What differenciate you from an Enterprenur is the mindset. How they think and do things. There is no special school for enterprenures. They don't have uniform for you to know that they are enterprenures.

No it is not written on their faces. This is not the time to think that enterprenur is that one who has big company or that one who attended high school or that one who is the richest Man on Earth. Far from it. You can be an Enterprenur no matter who you are and where you come from. Now let's talk about what enterprenures do so that you will know if you are thinking like them or you are one of them.

Think like Enterprenur

There is burning curiosity in an Enterprenur to learn new things daily and to provide solution. He always look for a better way to do something so as to get a good result. An Enterprenur do not wait for others but lead others. An Enterprenur is always ready, to learn, to lead, to show and do what He is teaching.

An Enterprenur can communicate very easily and can take calculated risk. He doesn't just engage on something without proper research on it and when He sees is good, no going back until He achieve His goals.

Enterprenures are creative. Yes they can make fire where there is no matches. They can design and redesign things. That is why I said it is not about whom you are but what you are willing to do.

Enterprenures can recognize opportunity easily. When others are trying to see who will do it first, they are already doing it and when people see them they join. For example, there was no LPUD, but the opportunity came to power up Leo and gain all the insentive, all the Enterprenures joined because they saw it as an opportunity. Check their progress and that of those who are still watching. Thy don't wait for opportunity, they look for it that is why when opportunity comes, they utilize it immediately.

Enterprenures are those who think about the future more than now. They start it and push themselves to where they want to be. They don't allow anyone or anything to define them not at all, they define themselves. I have a neighbor who is an Enterprenur, He is crippled but He is a leader of a big co-operative and He is also the youth leader of his Community. One day when I was having some discussion with him.

I told him that i love his brave step and how he leads his people. I am talking about someone who did not attend secondry school. He is married with children and a musician too. See what He told me that motivate him to move ahead.

He said, I hate self-pity, I hate sitting for someone to feed me. I hate lazy people. I hate seeing crippled begging for food when they have brain to think and hand to work. I want my people to gain from government. With my condition, Where people with 2 legs will not enter , I will enter and speak on behalf of my people. Without leg doesn't mean without brain.

He said a lot of things and I began to ask myself, what are you doing with your 2 legs. This my neighbor is also a sheo Maker &mender and has employ someone to work for him now. You can now see that Enterprenures are all around us. It is not written on the face. Size, shape is not a barrier for enterprenures.

Enterprenures are flexible, adaptable and critical thinkers. They see problem as opportunity. Right now people are crying, crypto is down,are you sure Crypto is not collapsing. Hehe, enterprenures are seeing it as an opportunity. Many have become Lion on Leo, many Dolphin and Ocra on hive. When people are complaining they are making move not because they are not seeing the problem or not affected by the problem but the problem is an opportunity for them. An Enterprenur mindset.

They can adapt for a living. They are those who live hard life to live an easy life later. They are those Who discomfort themselves now to enjoy comfort tomorrow. They can think for 24, 48,72 hours over one thing trying to see the best way to do it. That is why I will not stop appreciating LEO TEAM. This guy's are critical thinkers. They sit down and visualize tomorrow.

I have seen a lot of Enterprenures here on Hive blockchain. They are problem solvers, game changers. They have learn to adapt in all situation. They don't fear Challenge but go out to meet Challenge and turn it to opportunity. @khaleelkazi is an outstanding Enterprenur with his team. There is another Enterprenur i follow daily @bradleyarrow. I will not be able to mention all the Enterprenures here but you know you are an Enterprenur if you are here on Hive. You have everything an enterprenur need to succeed here on Hive/LeoFinace that is why I said, LeoFinace is with you.

What you did not learn in school, LeoFinace will teach you.

I said earlier that in school, they don't teach us how to make money because government want you to come out and work for them. It is not bad to work but you have to use your brain wisely. That era of go to school and get a satisfied job has past. What we have now is sabificate. That is what will take you to the next level of your life.
