businesses fail not because they don't advertise but because they can't retain their customers

These days, businesses fail not because they don't advertise but because they can't retain their customers. Premium should be placed on customer retention as much as it's placed on customer acquisition. I hate to assert, but people will only buy from you when the KLT factor is there, and they will consistently buy from you when they are your fans.

"Fanocracy" is a term you should study and learn how to apply it in your business. Again, premium should be placed on customer retention as much as it's placed on customer acquisition. So, here's one thing you should do today:

Reach out to those who have previously bought from you. You should never stay seven days without communicating with those who have transacted with you. The kind of reach out you should do primarily is educational-based. If they bought crayfish from you, they might be looking for new recipes to spice up their cooking.

Research new recipes and share them. If they registered their business with you, are there grant opportunities you know of? Share them. Whatever you do, think of ways to help those you do it for become better. That way, they feel excited being your client and indebted for all the goodness you've been sharing with them.
