I show you how to make a simple egg soup with okra and vegetable leave

Greeting my follow food lovers.
This is the first time i am posting in hive food and i hope i am welcome here.
Well i have been so so busy today that i almost forgot i have not had my lunch. Omo i even forgot that i did not have any food at home. In my mind i was like what will i even prepare with a low budget and also fast so that i can eat, then egg soup came into my mind. My friend told me that its the simplest and easiest soup to cook.
But me being a novice and did not know how to cook it i had to go through youtbe luckily enough for me i saw a video on how to cook it. I had to put it into practice and it came out well.

Ingredient;

Okra
Crayfish
Egg
Onions
Fresh pepper
Salt
Seasoning cubs
Palm oil
Vegitable leaves.

**These are the steps i use
**
I wash the okra, onions, pepper and the vegetable leave so that it will be clean for use.
Cut them and put everything in a tray.
I break the eggs into a bowl plate and stire it for mixture. I put small maggi, salt, pepper, and onins into the stired egg for test in the egg and stire a bit for it to mixed i kept it aside.
I grind the crayfish so that it will be small small.
The next thing i did was to on my gas, put the pot on top of it, put my red oil, allow it to be hot for some seconds ,i put my salt and onion, i pour the egg inside the pot and stire a bit. I put the cut okra inside and put other incredient.( seasoning cubes, pepper and crayfish). I put small water and i stire it and allow the okra to be done, then finally i put my vegitable leave and boom my soup is ready in not less than 20 minutes.
I so much love fufu i had to use that and eat my egg soup it was so nice.
