Sundays should be a free cooking day, but the reality is other.
My dad is obsessed with sandwiches, idk why but it's been like that since I can remember, so, every weekend that he can, he really enjoy eating sandwiches at night, especially on sundays.

My mom made a ground beef with tomato sauce early, so I took that to make everyone a specially sandwich that we don't usually eat at home, "Ground Beef Leftover Sandwich", very easy to make and in no time you can make it too.

I only used butter and basil on half bread, spread it all over the bread, tossed it into the oven for a few minutes and started to assemble my sandwich.

Some avocado and tomato slices are always welcome in this house sandwiches, no matter what. It brings color, flavor and texture to it; we love to see them both on any sandwich that we made.

I'm a cheese guy, so I always use cheese, specially white cheese in my food, is salty and is perfect with everything. Also, I used a very loose mustard on top of the cheese to give it an extra touch to my sandwich.

And there you go, a fast ground beef leftover sandwich. You can always add salsas or ketchup/mayonnaise, a fry egg and maybe a bit of lettuce for color and texture, but the ground beef is the main character.

Sandwiches should be more appreciated, thanks for bring this community into Hive.
