Midweek Talk : What For You Is A Good Day Like? | IAAC Year 2

It's another midweek. Wow! Where does time go every day, huh? I was prepping for day work when the thought of today's topic hit me. I just wrote down the title. Good thing too 'coz I would have forgotten about it come night time when I'm writing this.

The plandemic years brought so much changes, most I wouldn't consider favorable. There were pros, but I believe the cons outweighed them. Prior to 2020, I would have described a good day differently. Nowadays, a good day for me is when I'm able to get up and go about with ease and comfort. I have high pain tolerance, but some days I need a painkiller to feel better. Boohoo indeed! But I'm grateful I'm coping somehow. Feeling pain means at least I'm not numb. It just takes getting used to as it takes me longer to do chores and the like. But hey, I have time, so I take it easy. What's important is I still manage to complete tasks.

A good day is when there's enough rain to help me water the plants in the garden. Yes, I pray for it daily. 🤓🤓

A good day is when the kitties are behaving and not messing up everywhere. Thankfully, they are mostly well-behaved.

A good day is when my daughter comes home from work with "bubong." That's our local term to mean she brings home goodies to eat or the like. We coined that term when she was a kid and still use it to this day. 😂🤣 (corn muffins from Kenny Rogers Roasters on the above photo)

A good day is enjoying an uninterrupted quiet time by myself. Seriously, the list could go on. It doesn't take a lot for me to have a good day. 😉👍🏼

So, what's a good day like for you? Any item on my long list makes it a good day for me. Sometimes, I luck out and get all of them in one day! Amazing, huh?

Yebah, it's almost Thursday, another day closer to the weekend. One day at a time...

Hi, I noticed you post on Dtube. You are such a sweetheart. I hope you do well. Is there a reason you don't include those videos on your hive posts here? It seems like that would be a good cross link. Back in the old days, it used to be automatically generated here. But they are decentralizing across platforms and mainstreaming now, so it's not automatic anymore. Which is good I think.

It's totally different now. It's way more streamlined and slightly more user friendly in some ways. But I don't know how to upload now. How do you upload your videos? Do you have to convert them to a web compatible format? And which peer-to-peer protocol do you use?

Or, do you know where I can get help? I didn't find the "help" button very useful. LOL.

Hi I usually use @dapplr for my mobile posts. I could mix and match multimedia there like photos, videos, gifs on one post. Since DTube Go is new, I'm giving it a shot. From what I know, they should all appear on all Hive front end. I'm really not aware that this has changed.

As for video format, I do not convert anything except if I need to compress from a bigger MB file to a smaller one. But that's it, record a video on mobile and post it. 😊😊 hope my reply helps...

That is helpful. I was thinking of using dapplr. I don't see your dtube posts going on your hive page tho...am I missing something?
