Delicious Pakistani Food @ Restoran Kabul

This used to be our hanging out spot when my husband and brother-in-law operated their burger truck nearby, just few shops away. My husband and their bosses had since become friends, venturing food business together. Now that we had stop operating our burger truck, this has become our hanging out spot once a week, when our boys have their drum class nearby.

I had come here so many times that I lost count how many times I took photo of their food and place. The boss must be thinking why was I so fond of their place and food, right?

Ambience

It was a simple one-shoplot layout, not suitable for hosting big groups of people but definitely can fit about 40-50 people. But it is good enough for the community here.

Menu

I like that they have simple menu and keeps it to authentic Pakistani food. Many times, I found myself in a state of did-not-know-what-to-eat if I stumbled upon a thick menu with lots of varieties of food. Restaurant Kabul's one is simple enough. Like K.I.S.S. = Keep it Sweet and Simple

Food we ordered

Cheese Naan

Our highly recommended is none other than their cheese naan. Just few days ago, we went there after the boys' drum class, and the two boys ordered Special Cheese Naan and Special Garlic Cheese Naan respectively.

We love the cheese naan here especially the Special Cheese Naan which has MORE cheese added. Super soft and chewy, not to mention super pull-eeeee cheeseeee...🧀 If you love garlic, go for Garlic Special Cheese, so garlicky, flavourful, buttery yet cheesy chewy.

Naan is a traditional Indian flatbread cooked in a cylindrical clay oven they called it tandoor. A very special way of cooking it, I think I will take ages to master the skill. Nope, not thinking about learning how to do cheese naan, I just want to enjoy this comfort food. Eat it with the lentil curry, even better. Can be finger lickin' good.

Briyani

We love their briyani rice, well-cooked with properly blend spices. Everyday they will have their selection of vegetables and meat for customers to choose what they want to combo their briyani rice with.

This time, husband ordered aloo palaak aka their spinach dish with potatoes, beef keema and chicken butter. Super duper delicious.

We always ate here with happy faces and always a satisfied customers. The boys always look forward to this day to eat their cheese naan, weekly, will not get bored. If you are here at Kuala-Lumpur, feel free to visit.

Kangen water

The owner is a believer of using Kangen water so all the food and drinks here are served using Kangen water.

Unless stated above, all photos are mine and owned by me, taken using Huawei P20. For Restoran Kabul, because I went there weekly, above were photos taken by me at different times at different days.
