PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Ahhh I missed the deadline with some good steps but anyway I’ll post my chest/shoulders session.
On the menu:
- regular push-ups 5x15-20
- pseudo plank push-ups 5x10-12
- dips 5x12-15
- shoulders presses 5x12-15
- triceps extensions 5x12-15
