PPL workout - PUSH

Hello everyone !

Ahhh I missed the deadline with some good steps but anyway I’ll post my chest/shoulders session.

On the menu:

  • regular push-ups 5x15-20
  • pseudo plank push-ups 5x10-12
  • dips 5x12-15
  • shoulders presses 5x12-15
  • triceps extensions 5x12-15
