PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Maxi session again today, 90mim of joy working out chest/shoulders/triceps.
First part was dedicated to specific exercices to train for human flag. Second part was to finally exhaust my shoulders and triceps.
On the menu:
- scapula pulls 5x12-15
- high side plank raises 5x10
- rings push-ups 5x12-15
- handstand hold and press 5x45sec
- triceps push downs 5x10-12
- shoulders press 4x15
- triceps extensions 4x15
