Hello everyone !

Last day of the year workout today, and it was a chest / shoulders session.
Great and warm weather, no excuse not to go.

On the menu:

  • pseudo planche push-ups 5x10-12
  • crow stand hold 5x30sec
  • shoulders press 5x20
  • triceps extensions 5x12-15
  • handstand hold 3x60sec
