PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Last day of the year workout today, and it was a chest / shoulders session.
Great and warm weather, no excuse not to go.
On the menu:
- pseudo planche push-ups 5x10-12
- crow stand hold 5x30sec
- shoulders press 5x20
- triceps extensions 5x12-15
- handstand hold 3x60sec
