Happy mid-autumn festival ! (aka lantern festival)
Holidays doesn’t mean no workout though so here is a back/biceps session for you.

On the menu:

  • wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
  • handstand holds 5x60sec
  • inverted rows 5x8-12
  • tucked front lever 5x5
  • high pulls 4x12
  • biceps curls 4x8-12
