Happy mid-autumn festival ! (aka lantern festival)
Holidays doesn’t mean no workout though so here is a back/biceps session for you.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- handstand holds 5x60sec
- inverted rows 5x8-12
- tucked front lever 5x5
- high pulls 4x12
- biceps curls 4x8-12
