PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
I tried to build a cardio/legs/abs circuit today.
With very little rest.
That’s how it goes:
- burpees x15
- hollow plank x60sec
- rope skipping
- lunges + kick x20
- sit-ups x20
- rope skipping
- Nordic curls x20
- crunches x30
- rope skipping
Repeat this 3 times.
