PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
I could add one more training to my collection, back and biceps today.
It’s extremely hot recently, rope skipping is very taxing.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- handstand hold 5x60sec
- skin the cat 5x4-6
- high pulls 5x12
- biceps curls 5x8-10
