PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Legs day went smoothly, good session.
I’ve found the name of this funny exercice, it’s called Nordic curls !
On the menu today:
- jumping squats 5x15
- Nordic curls 5x12
- lateral lunges 4x20
- straight legs deadlift 4x15
- seated calves 4x30
