The Great Mosque of Cianjur City

How are you,my dear friends? Thank you Indonesia Hive Community. A magnificent in the center of Cianjur City, west Java Province. It is certainly a source of pride for the people of Cianjur.
Serving as a place of muslim' worship and social and religius activities. The great Mosque of Cianjur was originally built around 1810 and underwent several renovations to achieve it's current form.
In front of the Mosque is an oval-shaped water garden, which serves as the central axis when viewed from the front of the Mosque. A monument in the shape of holy book is placed at the end of water garden. The lighting enhances the beauty of the outdoor space in front of the Mosque.
The Mosque's architecture draws upon traditional Javanese forms, the recurring curvature of the wall surfaces creates a fluid, non-rigid aesthetic. The roof features the trapezeoidal joglo style and is clad on fired-clay tiles.
A monatere complements the main Mosque structure, while decoration light positioned at the corners create a beautiful visual effect. Before entering the Mosque's main prayer hall, there is a spacious corridor where ablution facilities are located on the lower level.
The mosque spans two floors, tall rectangular concrete pillars dominate the interior, supporting the structure above. The Mighrab is position in the center, facing the qibla.
