English Version

Hi Hivers, you should know that every first Sunday of the month except in August this event takes place one step away from the Adige and in front of the Basilica of San Zeno in Verona.

The last time I went to this beautiful event was in November and I tried to shoot a video to give people a chance to understand what they could find in this antiques market. I always try with my videos to bring useful information especially to tourists even if lately we see fewer and fewer tourists. That day I remember was the first time I went to that particular antiques market and I was very impressed by the many stalls present I will have counted more than 200 and I can define it as the largest antiques market in the province of Verona.

On sale there was really everything from antique suitcases to vintage plates and glasses. I arrived around 10 but the market starts already at 8 in the morning and usually remains open until 6 pm.

As I said there is something for all tastes and budgets, because there are valuable things and there are vintage clothing that cost less. Usually, this appointment is also accompanied by creative workshops or performances by musicians but unfortunately this year due to the pandemic these side events have all been canceled. We hope with the new year that the festive atmosphere will return a bit !!
