The Little Herbal Doctor
In a little town, there lived a happy little girl who happens to be an orphan. Her name is Clara. Clara was ten years old when she lost her parents due to the attack of a very deadly disease but she survived miraculously and this made her gain interest in saving people's lives in anyway she could. Clara was a bright girl, she was a very clever girl. Despite the hatred she received from people he her little community, she was always happy because she found joy with nature itself because of how it has helped her.
While she was at home one faithful day, playing as she always does, a stranger was passing by and saw her at the front of her house and he beckoned on her. At first Clara was scared because she knew everyone in her town but his face was not looking familiar to her but she just crossed her mind to go to him because she knew she had nothing to loss. The stranger introduced himself to her as Noble from a neighboring town and Clara also introduced herself too. Clara was still in doubt as to why Noble had called her.
Just while she was confused, she saw that he was injured in his abdomen. Clara immediately told him to come in so she could help him clean his wounds. Noble was very surprised as the little girl(Clara) offered to help. He was not sure how sure a little girl could help him but he was already exhausted and he needed to have some rest. When they got inside the house, Clara was curious to find out what had happened to Noble and Noble narrated everything to her.
Noble was from a very large family and his parents were wealthy but his father had other wives which also gave him other children. He lost his father and now his other wives and their children wanted to take all that is rightfully his. Few days ago before he met little Clara, he was being chased by someone he couldn't recognize well because he was wearing a mask and he fled into the bush and while he was running, he hurt himself and that was how he got to Clara's little town. Clara was still little but she understood that Noble was in trouble so she quickly added some medications to his wound and gave him some food to eat which she got from her little farmland.
The next day, Noble was surprised that he was feeling less pain and he was curious to know what type of Medications Clara had given to him. After she lost her parents, while she was in the woods, she fell and hurt herself very badly and she had no one to call for help but there was one plant close to her which looks very succulent so she just squeezed out the water on her wound and that was how the pain subsided. Ever since then, she had those leaves with her at home just in case she hurt herself again.
Noble was speechless. He knew deep down that Clara is going to be great. After some days he regarded his strength fully and was ready to go back home. Clara was still little and without no one so he asked her to follow him to his town but Clara was scared to leave. He tried persuading her but she was not ready to live her home. After much talk, he agreed to go without her but promised to always come back to check on her. Clara was okay with that reply from him.
When Noble got home he couldn't find his mother. Just while he was trying to get to her, he received a call from an unknown number. He quickly answered the call without much thought and he was told that his mother was in the hospital and his presence was needed urgently. He quickly rushed to the hospital. When he got there, he saw his mother lying almost helpless. The doctor told him to see him in his office, which he did. He was seen walking out of the doctors office so weak and frustrated. The doctor had told him that his mother is dying and they find out that she was poisoned with a very deadly herb and the only thing they could do was just to sustain her for just few days.
Noble sat on the bench close to the doctor's office, feeling hopeless. While he was there, a little girl ran pass him, seeing how lively the child was, he remembered Clara the little girl that saved his life with herbs so he quickly got up from the bench and ran to the doctor and told him to keep giving his mother the supplements to keep his mother alive.
Noble got home and he took some money and some food with him to see little Clara. When he got there, he saw little Clara outside, just sitting down quiet. He quickly ran to meet her to ask her why she looked sad and Clara said that she missed her parents and she was hungry. Noble immediately brought out some food from his bag and gave it to her. She was very happy and she thanked him for the food. After finishing her food, she asked Mr Noble what brought him back so quick. Mr Noble then told her what had happen to his mother and also what the doctor told him about the herb. Clara asked him if he knew the name of the herb but he didn't. Clara told him that the only way she could help was if she knew the name of the herb or if she could see his mother.
Noble told her it was not possible to know the herb because it was not a common herb. So he pleaded with her to follow him back so she could see his mother. Clara was still not ready to leave her home but because she knew someone's life was in danger, she agreed to follow Noble back. She was already old enough and she had studied more about plants, so she knew she could really help.
When they arrived at Noble's town, they went straight to the hospital to see Noble's mother. When Clara saw her, she looked at her face and she smelled her mouth and she immediately knew the herb that was given to her. She told Noble she told Noble that the only way they could save her was to make her throw up. Meanwhile, the doctor has said that it will be impossible for her to throw up. Clara brought some herbs which she squeezed into her mouth and in less than 2 minutes, she threw up. Noble was surprised because, he saw some things in his mother's vomit.
Noble was very happy and grateful to Clara for the help she has rendered to his mother. His mother started regaining her strength little by little and Noble had to send for the doctor to come check her it she was fine now. When the doctor came, he checked her and found out that the poison was no longer in her body. After some days, they discharged Noble's mother from the hospital. Clara was still with them because Noble's mother insisted that she stay.
When they got home, Noble's mother told them what happened when Noble was away and how she got poisoned. The night Noble got missing, she tried calling his cell but she couldn't get to him, so she decided to wait until Noble returns but he did not. She got worried and she tried contacting the police but she heard a knock on the door so she went to attend to the door first and to her greatest surprise, it was one of her late husband's child with other women. She asked him to come in which he did. She asked him what he would like to have then he said water. Then she quickly went to get the water and gave it to him. After spending some little time with her, asking her of her son, Noble and finding out that he was not at home, he left.
She never knew that he added something to her cup of juice which she drank after he left. While she was trying to contact the police, she started feeling dizzy and before she knew it, she was at the hospital. Noble immediately knew that it was his half brother that was chasing him and since he lost him, he went to hurt his mother. Noble immediately contacted the police and they arrested his half brother for what he did.
Noble was able to get what was rightfully his and Clara continued to stay with them and she was giving the opportunity to study more about plants and that was how they lived happily ever after.

Thank goodness she was able to save Noble's mother and he also got all that belonged to him.
