WHERE ARE THEY BEING TAKEN TOO❓❓ IMMIGRANT CHILDREN TRANSPORTED INTO THE US.

Biden has stopped the Trump-era practice of expelling immigrant children who cross the border alone, but maintained expulsions of immigrant families and single adults. While his administration has tried to deter immigrants from entering the U.S., many believe they have a better chance now. There have also been growing reports of parents sending their children across the border alone while they remain in Mexico or Central America.

The increasing number of immigrant children crossing the border from Mexico in the last three months caught attention and criticism of the Biden administration's immigration policies.
According to officials they are processing the children as quickly as possible for them to be released. In spite of this, thousands of children have been kept in Border Patrol custody longer that the court mandated 72 hours. Some kids have been held for more than 10 days in facilities
Even as officials claim that they are processing and releasing children as quickly as possible, a bottleneck has kept thousands of children in Border Patrol custody longer than the court-mandated maximum 72 hours, with more than 100 kids held for more than 10 days, sometimes in harsh conditions.

Unaccompanied migrant children streaming into the US from Mexico has been a long- standing problem under many presidents’ terms.

A congressional demand for information about the numbers of unaccompanied children that now is flown from border towns to cities all over the US, forced the Department of Homeland Security to reply.

In 2021, it said, 71,617 were dropped off in nearly 20 cities including locales as far from the Mexican border as Atlanta, Chicago, New York and Philadelphia.

Critics of the Biden admimistration, immigration experts are convinced that those numbers are totally incomplete.

"The agency says some 40,000 of the total transported are such minors, but that number is only a fraction of the 147,000 “encounters” the agency reports having with unaccompanied migrant children at the southern border between January and October 2021.

The main question remains, where are these children going???

DHS listed major cities, but the experts says, this is probably halfway stations and not final destinations.

Todd Bensman, a national security guy at the Center for Immigration studies says,
"Everyone wants to know where they’re going, but nobody knows,” said well, somebody knows,” he adds. “The government knows. But they are being as opaque and ‘darkened-windows’ as they can be about the entire matter.”*

More questions are raised:

  • Are security and background checks being done to make sure that these minor children are going to safe homes?
  • What processes are there to ensure that these kids are well cared for, have enough to eat, going to school and receiving medical care, when necessary.
  • What crimes and traumas have they suffered on their way or in Border patrol facilities, at the hands of who knows, human traffickers, sex offenders or pedophiles?

On the above question answers were obtained:

Judicial Watch forced the release of the documents through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against Health and Human Services.

These records reflect data of assault, physical and/or sexual abuse of unaccompanied children (UC) under the care of HHS and sub-agencies, contractor's and grantees.

The following 33 cases were listed in these records. These cases took place between 21 January 2021 and 26 February 2021. Shocking statistics of cases that occurred in just a little more than ONE MONTH!!

A shocking report was released in September 2021 which said that the Biden administration lost contact with thousands of unaccompanied immigrant children that have been released from federal custody.

The Biden administration was warned repeatedly by concerned parties that the relaxed immigration laws is encouraging vulnerable children to undertake this dangerous trek to the border where they may fall victimto drugcartels, human traffickers and other criminal activities.

The Biden administration is running a clandestine, covert, middle-of-the-night, special ops mission using the same tradecraft the military does in operations against foreign enemies,” said Larry Keefe, a senior policy adviser to Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis. “We don’t know what’s going on because the states are not designed to mount intelligence-gathering operations against our own government.”

DHS shelters, in 2021 took in 122,000 unaccompanied children. RealClearInvestigations tried to get answers from HHS and of Office of Refugee Resettlement ,but none were forthcoming.

Single minors: 2021 was a record year and the barely new year already surpasses all of 2020.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Taxpayers during the Trump Administration paid more than $1.5 billion to 42 various non-profit and religious groups.

More than $1 billion of that 2020 total was paid to six groups. The major recipient, Southwest Key Programs, received $400 million and a global nonprofit called BCFS received at least $253.1 million, according to tracking of ORR contracts by Maya Pagni Barak, a professor of criminology and criminal studies at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

These groups have sites all over the United States. Southwest Key apparently have shelters in 18 states and BCFS have shelters in a dozen states, in California, New York, Colorado, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Illinois and elsewhere. There are shelters in 22 states.

In some states there are attempts to put legislation in place to control and protect these vulnerable children.

This is a very sad state of affairs. Can you imagine that your kids, grandkids or families' kids ever land in such situation? The thought is unbearable. What does the future held for these poor kids❓❓❓

Thank you for reading and your comment always appreciated.
