This confectionary has the fragrance of fresh pandan leaves. I don't add food coloring here, just the color of pandan leaf water. Klepon or kelepon are usually used as snacks for school children and are also widely available in coffee shops which often accompany you in the morning and delay hunger. This snack has a chewy and sweet taste of palm sugar, there are also those who fill it with granulated sugar and various other types to suit each other's tastes. This confectionary is used as a companion for tea and coffee in the morning and evening when you are free and relaxing.
