Home Education Curation Collection. 7th May 2023
Welcome back to the curation. Our apologies for missing last week, but between the two of us there was sickness and exhaustion. I hope our lovely @missdeli is having a better week this week and that the family is back to full health.
It's been a quiet couple of weeks in the community anyway, so the round up will be from both weeks.

Some of our HomeEdders have shared similar ideas before for addition, but it's been a while, so I think @yessi08's finger maths is worth highlighting again. I love that the kids can get involved in this process from the beginning, tracing their own hands for it. You may also want to look at her post from last week for a clever little interactive activity which helps with carrying for addition.
Everyone looked like they had so much fun at the homeschool egg drop event! @apanamamama walks us through this fun science and cooperation experiment that several homeschooling families came together for. A lovely reminder that homeschoolers aren't the antisocial creatures we're often believed to be. 😆
@emmaris shares an interactive counting game with us, suitable for young learners. I like the eye catching design, which will be sure to draw the learner in.
Who'd have guessed just how effective a picture balloon printing could produce? The final result really wasn't what I expected from this start photo.
