Leverage is a famous word that is used very often on social media platforms, especially when there's a dip or a market crash. People love to talk about how many accounts got liquidated as it sounds sensational, even shocking. Then comes the reaction to that, people saying leverage should be banned to prevent people getting rekt.

With all the bad leverage can create, I still don't think it should be banned or regulated. It should be up to exchanges and users to decide what and how. I bet if leverage would be banned, there would be a huge number of people protesting against it. There are countries in which leverage or trading futures is not allowed for this specific reason, while other countries still don't know what to do with it.

Leverages are like guns in the hands of crypto investors. If they cannot manage their trading strategies and emotional state properly, the leverage may eat up the whole sum in the leverage wallet. On the other hand, Leverages are bring people opportunities to increase their earnings by using 3-5-10x for positions. Above 10x, it may turn into a gamble but the way we approach Leverages should never be the idea of "get rich quick" 🔫🔫

So how to create the evolving goals? Simple, create the goals for the whole year and every month do a self-review of the goals where you stand and thus what change do you need to do in order to achieve the goals you had set for yourself. Along with the new games, coins and stocks coming out every day. We can actually expand our goals as we move forward the year.

I was actually going through my hive data for 2020 and 2021 in the tool created by @balaz and what I have seen is that I was not active for some of the months in both years. 2021, I can think of because I had covid and was staying in my village where the connectivity was not there. But I should not give any excuse as such. So the first financial goal for 2022 is to be more active on Hive.

I love "Hive goals" posts created by many people as when I first joined the former blockchain, I was not aware of many tokens, projects and games on the chain. Thanks to the "goal" posts by people, I explored some projects and the power of delegation. Here we are with a nice data tracking tool suggested by the author and an example of promising tokens that newbies may wish to own.

I was once told that it takes 10.000 hours to become extremely good at something, I am talking world champion good. How does one know that? Vel, I know that you must become good at something when you spend that much time but come on, 10.000 hours? This has been on my mind for some time now and it eventually forced me to dig into this more specifically.

It turned out that everyone, regardless of group, started practicing when they were four years old. In the first five years until they were approx. 8-9 years old, they practiced about 2-3 hours a week. At age 9, the difference began to become apparent. The best now practiced around 6 hours a week, 8 hours when they were 12 years old and 16 hours when they were 14 years old, and they gradually increased until they passed 20 years old. They were completely dedicated, music was their focus in life, and they concentrated on improving their skills and practicing 30 hours a week. When the best had passed 20 years, they had practiced a total of almost 10,000 hours, hence the well-known “10,000-Hour Rule”. In comparison, the second best had then practiced approx. 8000 hours, and the "weakest" only 4000 hours.

Have you ever heard of the 1000-hours-rule to be an expert in any discipline? It is actually a scientific method that shows the importance of consistent work to those who claim that, without talent, not everybody can be successful in any branch. Even though there are other limitations that may decrease or increase the efficacy of a person's work, the result will yield positive outcome in majority of cases.

What if we spend just an hour per day on Hive gaming & blogging? I'm sure it will turn out huge income opportunities for many people 💪🏼

It is not always said that an airdrop can have tangible effects like the one we are witnessing, a lot depends on how much Hype the community perceives in anticipation of the event.

it is now a year that Spknetwork has confirmed the launch of the project and the airdrop of LARYNIX, the token miner of the network, and we know well how great is the expectation that all of us users have for the new decentralized video platform, the future enemy of a YouTube that is now showing all its limits, censoring thousands of accounts every day. As the author stated, there is a genuine need for Hive to be staked if people want to increase their airdrop sum. For many people, these airdrops are main reasons why they stake their Hive as they also think that the upcoming game Ragnarok and SPKnetwork have an amazing potential to bring thousands of new Hivers. What's good about these airdrops I think the ecosystem creates its own incentives for people to play an active role in Hive.

I believe it is one of the healthiest ways to increase the intrinsic value of a project.

BTC? What's That? by @lordneroo

Apparently $HIVE is 8% up today, currently swinging around the $1.63 mark with order books on Binance and Bittrex getting way too thin above the $1.80 mark. Many of us were anticipating this move as there's a lot going on on the network and too much in the works for the future.

As for me, I'm moving all my liquid HIVE from Binance over to my Hive account in order to make the most of the upcoming airdrops and maximize my curation rewards. There are just way too many opportunities around here, so I have some serious decisions to make. Been holding a few thousand $BUSD and $USDT in order to buy me more $HIVE, and it looks like now's the time to make the move. You know the drill though - this is just my personal opinion.

This is another issue that I think it creates sell pressure or it makes people refrain from opening a new position. The whole market is still indecisive about the way we are going to head for. Regardless of the "threats" in the crypto markets, Hive has been doing perfectly fine in terms of keeping itself above $1.5 in these market conditions. If the market were not shaking as much as it does now, I assume that we would see the price of HIVE double quite easily.
