What makes crypto/blockchain technology lucrative? by @badbitch

We could say that we labor in a system that likens humans to droids by running a labor intensive technique, the working hours compared to the paycheck are often insignificant. This actually isn't something one should frown about when dealing with private institutions, a capitalist only cares about bagging the most gains and this in turn hurts the satisfaction of the employees. However, government options are barely enough to manage the odds. Additionally, these supposed government employment as overtime, grown into a full ass bullist that it's either you're at the top shitting, or you're the one that gets shit on.

It’s the “Network of Sustainability” for me! Every value generated is intertwined within each other which contributes immensely to its ever expanding nature. While sometimes value maybe over stated and some blows off the top, but what’s left becomes the floor on which other ventures are derived which forms the value for the next floor. The worst thing to do as a non crypto person is to stand outside and judge.

The Bitcoin HODL Trap by @johnwege

There's going to be a point very soon during this bull run and perhaps some people have already reached it; where they have made giant profits in cryptocurrency. For many people; this will be an amount of money that they never dreamed possible for them to achieve. It will be life-changing amounts for them. Now life-changing is a very broad term that could mean a wide-array of things for each person. For one person it could be finally giving them enough cash to stash away and save and make each day less stressful.

I’m firmly on this Hodlers table with you! It’s not my fault that I got to find out about gems that I want to continue to build holdings at for the rest of my life. I’ve seen the good and bad sides of pumps and dumps, and I’ve also seen the good and bad sides of gems, I’ll gladly choose the latter. Hive for example, even at its worst dumping, it’s still very useful, that’s the most important thing, to me.

Land Contracts Allow You To Lock In The Price Of Land by @joshman

Land contracts allow you to lock in the price of acreage in today’s dollars without having to fork out a bunch of cash. You make the monthly installment payments, complete the terms of the contract, and the land gets deeded to you. If inflation drives up the value of that land, you will be entitled to all of those gains. If you believe like I do that inflation will only get worse going forward, but you lack the immediate funds to invest into inflation hedges like real estate, a land contract may be exactly what you need. Instead of eating up a big chunk of capital, you can allocate a certain amount of your cash flow to purchasing land. Oftentimes you can build a land portfolio with what the average person spends in a month on meals and entertainment.

Land really is one of the best assets to own, if not the best. Im more inclined to invest towards cryptos for now, lands can come later when I have relocated, investing in lands right now in my country is not safe due to insecurities and terrible economic conditions.

Inflation - The Silent Thief by @larissalugo

DE482401-DBD7-4213-A695-7C8C140EFE66.jpeg

Inflation is something that is considered every day, and yet many people don't seem to understand what it means. Some say that inflation is a positive thing because it leads to an increase in goods and services for the people. Others say that inflation is bad because it causes the price of everything to increase. However, inflation is not necessarily a bad thing if it is used as a method of increasing the standard of living of the people. Before understanding why inflation is beneficial and not harmful to a country, it is essential to first understand how it works.

Interesting how the term inflation used to be a vague term to me before as I didn’t understand it or have the need to. How times have changed, now I’m living it and constantly looking for the best means to hedge against it. My country is at the brink of hyperinflation, thanks to Bitcoin and other cryptos I hold, life has been bearable. I can only hope many more people can discover Bitcoin and can say the same.

FINANCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL LITERACY by @nonsowrites

5D85C0C7-B754-478F-B295-EAEBE32B4CC4.png

The world is changing rapidly and it is quite a scary place to be right now. Almost half of what you knew about money, finance, technology, etc has or will be obsolete. For instance, I know a lot about hive's history and probably that's one of the things that makes me relevant here.
However, much of Hive's present and prospective future are a mystery to me. This is also because the hive is expanding rapidly--too fast for anyone to play catch-up. So ideally you want to concentrate on a few areas of the hive blockchain and stay informed about other new development.
In a nutshell, we need to have access to new and important information and have the ability to process it. Like I said in a previous post, information curators are going to play a huge role in the future. As much as AI is outperforming man in this aspect, humans still have a role to play here (I believe).

I was just reading something about diesel pools on Hive engine and most of it flew past my head, once upon a time I used to be abreast of every single operation on Hive, I’m not complaining though, I’m glad to see the growth. It is far fetched to say someone knows every single thing about Google, or Microsoft so in the case of Hive, such is expected eventually. The main thing is knowing the right things. I learnt today that there are some pools giving 300% APR just after I listened to someone on radio ranting about how his savings account is generating 0 returns in his bank, again, knowing the right things is very important.

Very nice to Hive you, @mistakili and @hodlcommunity! And many thanks for this selection of articles, I'm gonna cast a glance at some of them :-)

How is it possible, as a LeoFinancer blogger, to qualify one of our articles to be taken into account by this curation process?
