My wife's uncle is doing a great job with his plants, and most of them are already showing excellent results

Then there's a pumpkin plant that was small the last time I showed it, but now it's grown considerably, spreading out well in that area. I even saw that it already has its first pumpkins, although they're still small and need more time to grow.

A little further on, near the pumpkin plant, you can see a papaya and an avocado plant, which still have a while before they bear fruit.

Then I noticed the eggplant plants, which are in two different spots on the property. In one place there are three, while in the other there are many more. I didn't count them, but there are more, although only one of them has eggplants; the others only have flowers. For now, these have been my favorites to have at home, since it's a blessing to be able to go to our garden and harvest them. Besides, they're a food we can prepare in many different ways, but I like them much better roasted and fried as the perfect side dish.

Finally, there's this bunch of plantains near the house. I picked some to make soup (with fish), while I left the others to ripen on the plant so I could fry them later. They're also a great side dish.

I'm signing off, but not before thanking you for your support. It's always a pleasure to share posts here in the #hivegarden community, where we have a space to showcase all the wonderful things nature has to offer. Of course, we also have to work hard to see these amazing results.
