Good post with some useful tips. That multitool even has a hammer on it 😛
I have a small saddle bag which contains the allen wrenches you mention, one or two spare inner tubes, tire lifters and some CO2 patterns (instead of a pump).

I've seen those bags under the seat. They are very useful. Thanks for sharing that information. It encourages me to keep looking to carry my tools. Regards @hive-177745
