Volvimos con el reto Hispaliterario en su edición 29, y como a nuestros amigos, seguidores y hivers les gusta, con misterio. Esta vez se trata de una serie de crímenes que ocurrieron en La Paz, un pueblo campesino ubicado a media hora de la ciudad de Guayatal, no se sabe quién mató a sus habitantes, casa por casa; pero en la última encontraron el fósil de la imagen. No se sabe si lo dejó a propósito como una pista o lo largó sin darse cuenta.

¿Qué conexión tiene el fósil con los asesinatos? El fósil pareciera el de un perro, pero resulta que en el pueblo nadie tenía perros ni gatos, ni chivos ni animal doméstico alguno; todos se dedicaban a lo mismo, sembrar y cosechar café.

Es extraño que en el pueblo nadie tuviera mascotas. Es extraño que los últimos no huyeran para evitar ser asesinados. Es extraño que con los últimos asesinados desaparecieran todos los cadáveres del cementerio.

What connection does the fossil have with the murders? The fossil looks like that of a dog, but it turns out that no one in the village had dogs or cats, no goats or any domestic animal; they all dedicated themselves to the same thing, planting and harvesting coffee.

It is strange that no one in the village had pets. It is strange that the last ones did not flee to avoid being killed. It is strange that with the last ones killed, all the corpses disappeared from the cemetery.
