The central bank of digital currency asset a threat to bitcoin? I really don’t see any digital asset to stand as a threat to bitcoin in any given way, if you are active in the crypto space the CBDC won’t be as new has it is to a rookie. Let for me the CBDC is government way in penetrating the crypto market, a project which is still in its development stage has the congressman Warren Davidson being explicit as regards he’s own opinion about the central bank digital asset.

In a thread on “X” the republican says that - To make the point crystal clear, I am working on legislation to criminalize designing, building, testing, developing, or establishing a central bank digital currency.CBDC poses an existential threat to Western civilization by corrupting money into a tool for coercion and control.Sound money serves as a stable store of value and an efficient means of exchange.
