Is PoS more decentralized than PoW?

Justin Bons, Founder & CIO of CyberCapital, that PoS is far more decentralized compared to PoW? Maybe he is right but we know that PoS is not the best solution, it is DPoS.

Sadly we can trumpet Hive as much as we want on the platform but I don't think we will get any traction with them with the shadow banning.
