Cooking Sauteed Moong Beans (Ginisang Munggo with Pork)

First, we need to boil the Moong beans until they soften.

Ginisang Munggo is one of the popular delicacies in the Philippines, especially on Friday. This is my favorite meal because it is cheap to make and tastes very good, I can eat a lot of rice if this is my meal hehehe
