The afternoon has a fabulous display of colours combining the blue of the sky with orange. It is the right moment to invite you to eat ice-cream here, near the flat. I go down with my grandson and daughter for a walk, but that is a subtle excuse to taste the exquisite ice cream flavours on my palate. We go to the rhythm of family happiness along Salvador Feo La Cruz Avenue, towards the north.

La tarde tiene una fabulosa muestra de colores que combina el azul del cielo con el naranja. Es oportuno el momento para invitar a comer helados por acá, cerca del apartamento. Bajo con mi nieto y mi hija a pasear, pero eso es una sutil excusa para degustar los exquisitos sabores helados en mi paladar. Nos vamos al ritmo de la felicidad familiar por la avenida Salvador Feo La Cruz, hacia el Norte.

The place where we are going to meet is in Paseo La Granja in Naguanagua, Carabobo. They call it the street of hunger, it has the singularity that, in this place, there are no small shops, it has no resemblance to the spaces of the country where the improvisation of branches or tubes has proliferated in an anarchic manner. Here, there is rational regulation, order and good taste in the urban environment, the city of Naguanagua and its avenues; the promenade, the buildings, the sports centres facilitate a special sense of civilisation. In this area there are small food supply warehouses. The spaces have a pleasant design to visit and buy what you need to consume, from a Creole breakfast to an Arabic or Chinese meal.

El lugar donde vamos a reunirnos, está en el paseo La Granja de Naguanagua, Carabobo. Le llaman la calle del hambre, tiene la singularidad de que, por este lugar, no existen los ventorrillos, no tiene semejanza con los espacios del país donde han proliferado la improvisación de las ramas o tubos de manera anárquica. Por acá, existe la regulación racional, se siente el orden y el buen gusto por el ambiente urbano, la ciudad de Naguanagua y sus avenidas; el paseo, las edificaciones, los centros deportivos facilitan el especial sentido civilizado. En este ámbito existen pequeñas bodegas de abastecimiento de alimentos. Los espacios tienen un diseño agradable para visitar y adquirir lo que se necesita consumir, desde un desayuno criollo hasta una comida árabe o china.

Here I am, with my family, enjoying the abundant wellness, embraced by the seduction of my cream punch flavoured ice cream, my grandson, and daughter; they savour the strawberry and the chocolate one. It is healthy for me; I restore myself emotionally enjoying this wonderful moment. Moving my physical structure, I am happy to be with my family, we look into each other's eyes, family bonds are strengthened. I take my photographs to archive them in the family memory. Every moment that passes between comments and the savouring of delicious flavours, are indelible moments that remain archived in my soul.

Aquí estoy, en familia, disfrutando del abundante bienestar, abrazado por la seducción de mi helado con sabor a ponche crema, mi nieto y mi hija; saborean el de fresa y el otro de chocolate. Me es saludable; me restablezco emocionalmente disfrutando este momento maravilloso. Mover mi estructura física, soy feliz al estar con mi familia, nos miramos los ojos, se fortalecen los vínculos familiares. Tomo mis fotografías para archivarlas en la memoria familiar. Cada instante que sucede entre comentarios y el saborear de los deliciosos sabores, son imborrables momentos que quedan archivados en mi alma.

I can affirm, that with this lively walk I can affirm that the family mood is stabilised, the stress is lessened, what is more, my grandson's will for his studies is strengthened, the effective and efficient function of a grandfather is resized by talking with the teenager about his plans and goals for this new year 2024.

Puedo afirmar, que con este animado paseo puedo afirmar que se estabiliza el estado de ánimo familiar, se aminora el estrés, es más, se potencia la voluntad de mi nieto para sus estudios, la efectiva y la eficaz función de abuelo se redimensiona al conversar con adolescente con respecto a sus planes y metas para este nuevo año 2024.

I feel that I am relaxed with this taste of ice cream. Ideas are exchanged, we have fun with the ideas that come up at any given moment. I feel the family respect. Moreover, these ice creams facilitate the possibility to get to know each other better, to ensure trust and abundant spiritual well-being.

Siento que estoy relajado con este sabor del helado. Intercambio de ideas, nos divertimos con las ocurrencias que surgen en cada momento. Percibo el respeto familiar. Además, estos helados facilitan la posibilidad de conocernos más, asegurar la confianza y el abundante bienestar espiritual.

I can recognise that it is a way of communicating with the normal ease of freely communicating our ideas, listening to the clear, coherent and intelligent spirit of the family group. With this recreation, I perceive the quality of my family and the blood bond that flows with the thoughts that arise from this extensive joy.

Puedo reconocer que, es una forma de comunicarnos con la normal facilidad para comunicar libremente nuestras ideas, escuchar el espíritu diáfano, coherente e inteligente del grupo familiar. Con este esparcimiento, percibo la calidad de mi familia y el lazo consanguíneo que fluye con los pensamientos que surgen de esta extensiva alegría.

I like ice cream; it has given me the maximum personal and family wellbeing. It is a practice I engage in to stabilise good habits of communication and mental health. This option elevates the abundance of balanced emotional, productive and financial well-being. However, it strengthens relationships of prosperity and greater enjoyment with life.

Los helados me gustan; han otorgado el máximo bienestar personal y familiar. Es una práctica que llevo a cabo para estabilizar los buenos hábitos de la comunicación y la salud mental. Esta opción eleva la abundancia de equilibrado bienestar emocional, productivo y financiero. No obstante, se fortalecen las relaciones de prosperidad y mayor usufructo con la vida.
