en el carnaval de las aguas
con los gamelotes.
Se engarzó en la calle
Con el barines de la tarde
Dispersando con sonrisas.
las alpargatas
con ellas
Caminan, Bailan y sudan.
Concierto de agudos pájaros
mis ojos se ungieron de miel
Dormidos de luceros
Suda el alba
Calladamente
Con pasos de gata sobre la mesa
El Sol Orinoquense llego,
Jarinando lechosos lirios
Sobre la mañana.
La flor de Angostura
Lanzo sus pétalos
Sobre las vegas
