A quick meal for a Sunday|| Una comida rápida para un Domingo [ENG/ESP]

I added a couple of seasonings to the chicken, pepper, salt, etc., etc.
The good thing is that you don't add a single drop of oil since the chicken itself, the skin of the chicken to make exactly, has fat so today we had a healthy and light meal for lunch.

Hola queridos amigos lectores de hive, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien. Hoy me tocó cocinar a mí ya que mi esposo está trabajando.
Me quedo muy rico pero no se compara como cuando el cocina, las papas no me salen igual, las de el son mucho más ricas hasta uno de mis hijos me dice mamá tus papás no son tan ricas como las de Leito
y termina diciéndome igual están ricas y es cierto, mi amado esposo hace unas papas exquisitas, como nadie la sabe hacer, es único y especial para cocinar.
Al pollo le agregué un par de condimentos, pimienton, sal etcétera etcétera.
Lo bueno es que no agregue ni una sola gota de aceite ya que el pollo en sí la piel del pollo para hacer exactamente tiene grasa así que hoy almorzamos una comida sana y ligera.
