Pasalubong is already a Filipino norm and it really feels so incomplete to visit other people's household without bringing one. It is a way of perhaps saying I thought of you even I was traveling, or perhaps, I want you to enjoy that treat. I feel the same way too, everytime I go home or visit a friend I always bring pasalubong. It would always be the thought that counts!😊

Right ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ and that's true, even just anything will surely being a smile to the one receiving it. Mahihiya pa yun sila but no choice but to accept coz its a pasalubong (≧▽≦)
