Gel antibacterial de sábila// Aloe vera antibacterial gel

En esta oportunidad les comento que realizamos un curso en la escuela donde laboro acerca de las normas de seguridad ante el covid, es por ello que les traigo una excelente receta de cómo elaborar un gel antibacterial a base de sábila en estos tiempos de pandemia, pero no solo eso, sino que los ingredientes que este lleva son muy sencillos de obtener y quizás hasta lo tengamos en la casa.
This time I tell you that we conducted a course at the school where I work about safety standards to covid, which is why I bring you an excellent recipe on how to make an antibacterial gel based on aloe vera in these times of pandemic, but not only that, but the ingredients that this takes are very easy to obtain and perhaps even have it at home.
Pensé en compartirlo por acá, porque es muy factible y accesible, y sobretodo natural, así que muy fácilmente lo podemos elaborar y colocárselos a nuestros hijos en el bolso de la escuela, en el bolso que llevan para ir a hacer deportes o para ir alguna parte, en las carteras que nuestras niñas coquetas usan, y así siempre llevarán con ellos un gel antibacterial casero que a su vez le servirá para cumplir las normas de bioseguridad ante el COVID-19.
I thought of sharing it here, because it is very feasible and accessible, and above all natural, so we can easily make it and put it in our children's school bag, in the bag they carry to go to do sports or to go somewhere, in the purses that our flirty girls use, and so they will always carry with them a homemade antibacterial gel that in turn will serve to meet the biosafety standards before the COVID-19.
NOTE: it is worth noting that the recipe for making this antibacterial is made to ¼ of alcohol, if you want to make more, just adapt the ingredients.
- 2 pencas o pétalos Sábila
- 250 ml Alcohol
- 10 gotas Vainilla (puede ser blanca o negra)
- 10 gotas de Glicerina
- 2 stalks or petals Aloe Vera
- 250 ml Alcohol
- 10 drops Vanilla (can be white or black)
- 10 drops of Glycerin
- Licuadora
- Cuchillo previamente esterilizado con agua hirviendo
- Una tabla, preferiblemente de madera, previamente esterilizada.
- Un frasco de vidrio esterilizado.
- Una paleta de madera esterilizada.
- Una tela (preferiblemente de algodón) previamente esterilizada.
- Un colador de plástico esterilizado.
- Envases para llenar (preferiblemente de plástico y no de metal)
- Blender
- Knife previously sterilized with boiling water.
- A board, preferably wooden, previously sterilized.
- A sterilized glass jar.
- A sterilized wooden paddle.
- A cloth (preferably cotton) previously sterilized.
- A sterilized plastic strainer.
- Filling containers (preferably plastic and not metal).
(First of all we must wash and disinfect our hands, then we proceed to the elaboration).
1) Se toma 2 pencas o pétalos de la sábila y se deja durante 2 horas en una taza grande con la finalidad que este bote el iodo, posterior a ello la pelamos y el cristal lo picamos en cuadros pequeños, luego lo lavamos alrededor de 8 veces para sacarle totalmente el iodo.
1) We take 2 stems or petals of aloe vera and leave it for 2 hours in a big cup so that the iodine is released, after that we peel it and the crystal we chop it in small squares, then we wash it about 8 times to remove the iodine completely.
2) En un frasco de vidrio se colocara el alcohol en conjunto con la glicerina y la vainilla.
2) In a glass jar we put the alcohol together with the glycerin and the vanilla.
3) Se vierte la mezcla de alcohol en conjunto con la sábila en la licuadora, para que se licue de buena manera lo dejamos con un aproximado entre 7 y 10 minutos.
3) Pour the alcohol mixture together with the aloe vera in the blender, to blend it in a good way we leave it for approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
4) La mezcla que van a obtener será con un fuerte olor a alcohol y no totalmente líquida, tiene un poco de espesor debido a la textura de la sábila.
4) The mixture that you are going to obtain will have a strong alcohol smell and not totally liquid, it has a little thickness due to the texture of the aloe vera.
5) La mezcla de la licuadora la vamos a colocar encima de la tela, esto con la finalidad de colarlo de tal manera que no le quede ningún tipo de grumos de la sábila.
5) We are going to place the mixture of the blender on top of the cloth, this with the purpose of straining it in such a way that there are no lumps of aloe vera left.
6) Luego colarlo a través de la tela, se percatarán de los restos de sábila que quedan en ella.
6) Then strain it through the cloth, you will notice the remains of aloe vera that are left in it.
El resultado será un liquido, esterilizado y totalmente natural que sirve como antibacterial, para niños, adulto y personas de la tercera edad
The result will be a liquid, sterilized and totally natural that serves as an antibacterial, for children, adults and senior citizens.

this is a very interesting way of making homemade sanitation, tho you are tight that not all ingredients are easy to usually have at first, i really appreciate how natural this is 😃 thank you for sharing your post!
