CATHARSIS OF A SICK CHILD

I think it happens to all mothers that having a sick child is not easy, it is simplified when you go to a good health center and the pediatrician gives you a complete diagnosis, which with certain and certain medications is relieved, it decreases until it is completely removed, but in other cases, such as this for example, not knowing what my twins have is desperate because I do not know what medications to give them.

Last week, when the twins came home from school, it was bath time, when I am bathing Sabira I notice that in several parts of her body she has a rash, nuggets, rashes, I honestly do not know what to call it, when I finish bathing her, The only thing I can think of is to put a little bit of the cream I use for diaper rash, since I was not sure what it really was, after that, I called the sample and asked her if there were children in the school with diseases that cause this rash, which her answer was no, but she clarified that Sabira did not eat much during the day.

What was left of the day I watched her until the night came and she slept well, the next day the rash had increased, so much so that it was already inside her mouth, on the tongue and on the side of the mouth, therefore she did not eat because when she tasted something both sweet and salty it hurt a lot, this is when I decide to take her to the doctor, honestly I did not have 30$ or 40$ to pay a private pediatrician, So I took her to what in Venezuela we call, Social Security, which I later regretted, first because the doctor who saw her was not a pediatrician, since there was no general practitioner, who did not even have the delicacy to get up from her chair to check the girl, I asked her if it was lechina, she answered that she did not think so, I asked her if it was allergy, she answered that she did not believe, in short, I was the one who had to ask her to tell me something.

Of course I left indignant, I went to a pharmacy to buy something for the nuggets in her mouth, since she did not eat anything and this in turn made her feel bad, when I got home very upset about what happened, I bathed her again because I think she may itch with sweat, I dried her well and I put the cream for diaper burn, this is based on silver sulfate.

Well, the day went by and I kept watching her, she didn't break out any more, and the next day she was better, but guess what? The rash started on Georgette's body, the other twin, the skinny one, as I affectionately call her, got a lot more, she had them on her buttocks, on her elbows, on her legs, on her feet, and they didn't itch either, but they did hurt, not much time passed when they also started to come out in her mouth, I took her to the doctor again, this time to a public place, but not the previous one, I really don't know which place was worse, In this place they told me that she had Scabies or as everybody says Scabies, here if I was giving something to me, I understand that this comes out for lack of neatness, I grabbed my girl and I took her from there, I remembered that my cousin is a veterinarian, so, if it was scabies he could guide me, when he saw her he said no, that this was not the rash of this disease, that the doctor was wrong, at that moment I calmed down a little bit.

Sometimes I get tired, sometimes I get stubborn, sometimes it makes me run away, it is not possible that in my country they play with the health of a child, we do not always have 30$ or 40$ for a consultation, in fact I still do not have it, I continue putting the cream to the girl, but between both twins I must say that Georgette got it stronger, she got it much more than Sabira, in fact she is still getting it.

Sabira's mouth is better now, she eats more and that reassures me, Georgette still has them, some of them are dry, others not, and regarding the ones in her mouth, she is better, not completely, but she eats a little more.

I hope to raise the money quickly or take her to another health center where there is a good pediatrician, not a general practitioner.
