HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS

Hi everyone, hope you all have been good. Today I will just be sharing to us all about a post on how I manage stress or how I scale through the time of stress..

Stress can be said as a feeling of emotional tension or meltdown on the body. Stress can be set to occur from a happening that occur or thought that makes you feel worried, angry, or nervous. Stress can also be a body's reaction to a form of challenge or an activity you can condone. stress can be helpful in a way that, when you get stressed up sometimes you tend to move fast to achieving somethings and also it helps to avoid an unforseen danger or meetup with a limit you can't go beyond.

Stress can be so harmful to be body thereby leading to a rise in the blood pump and increasing the body system or causing disorder of the nervous system.. sometimes when you get stressed up, it leads to consistent increase in the heart performance and might lead to an increased level of stress hormones and of blood pressure or increase the adrenaline rush, this can also affect the body some way or the other.

Stress can be caused by a lot of things which are;

  1. When you are under a lots of pressure.
  2. facing a big challenges.
  3. Being worried about something.
  4. By not having a control over a situation.
  5. Having much responsibilities on your mind that you're finding difficult to solve.
  6. Not having enough work to sustain yourself
  7. Not having enough money to change your life.
  8. Times you don't know what to do where to go and how to go about things..

I manage stress through through different ways,and through different means.

  1. I ensure I do not go beyond my boundaries for anything.
  2. I ensure I don't think much about things
  3. I ensure I get things done
  4. I enure I make steps each day
  5. I pray to God for other things I can be needing and leave the rest to him to do for me.
