TEAMWORK AND THE JOY THAT IT BRINGS

Yesterday, I experienced what is known as teamwork and learned a lot about it; it filled me with great excitement and joy. That is why I am sharing it.

A team is any group of people who participate in the same activity, such as sports or work.

Work is defined as the effort expended on a specific task or the sustained human effort expended to overcome obstacles and achieve a result.

Teamwork, according to the dictionary, is the collaborative effort of a group of people to achieve a common goal.

My four friends and I work together to achieve a common goal. And what I noticed along the way is that in order to win the big prize, we had to let go of our egos and selfishness.
In our hostel, a neighbor lit up the hall when he decided to do giveaways (fastest fingers) for everyone via the hostel's WhatsApp group, which we created to help us get along both physically and virtually.

Because we each use different SIM-CARD networks, we decided to collaborate as one. My friends all called the pins for me to recharge when the guy posted an airtime that was the same as mine, so I'd won. We did the same for everyone else, which is how we won 70% of the 20 airtime giveaways the guy did for everyone. Because we had the fastest fingers and the most intelligence.

My friends @ijohnsen and @manuel6, both winners of the giveaway, are witnesses to this.

Most other hostel members aren't selfish, but they don't think of collaborating with others to achieve because we're all fighting for the same goal.

Every success in life necessitates the investment of energy or effort in a task in order to produce the end result known as success. It makes no difference how few or many people make up a team; what matters is the brains that come together to form success.

Teamwork, in my opinion, has no special measure or degree of effort to achieve success, but it is ultimately the way individuals unite towards the goal.
