ALWAYS SPEAK UP AND DON'T DIE IN SILENCE

Hi guys, I have decided to write on this piece today, life is very complex and sometimes what we expect and hope for doesn't come to us. So many people have seen themselves as failure just because their mates have achieved alot and they are in the same position or they see themselves as not making any progress in life. Sometimes it's just difficult to move forward but one must never loose focus and bearing.

I believe no matter what anyone is facing, it's just a matter of time and phase, it will definitely end well. In this time of trials and challenges, it's important to speak up and don't die in silence, a lot of people have committed suicide or attempted suicide in one way or the other because they refused to speak up. People who are in these critical phase will definitely have family and friends, colleagues, also religious members who they can talk to. It's very dangerous to keep all these to oneself because it could lead to total break down of the body. Someone who lost his job and have a family will definitely be down and think of way forward and if he is not strong enough. It could lead to depression.

It's important to note that some people are dieing silently and they show with their appearance that they are fine. At some point, no matter how we tend to show and cover up these wounds, it's important to share with those who could be of assistance and make a way forward. It's better to share our problems and seek solutions.

Alot of people, especially the male gender tends to show how strong they are and act as if they are not passing through difficult times but this has led to many committing suicide and this is very high in men. Some act as if nothing is happening to them or they are fine but they are passing through alot. Men Should very quick to speak up and likewise women too.

Someone who has lost his or her job and speaks up could end up getting a better and well paid job. Neighbour, family, friends and associates could be of assistance and everyone should be termed as important. There are people who have gotten jobs with assistance of a gate man or security man but if they had refused to speak up, they might not have gotten the
job. It's good to make good relationship with others and talk to someone when we need help.

There are people who have been battling with domestic violence in their homes and have been keeping this to themselves. This could be dangerous because it could lead to the death of any of the partner its better to speak up and seek advise or counselling. Many who have refused to speak up are dieing silently. Some have chosen to commit suicide because they don't see any reason to live. I have seen a man who committed suicide just because he keeps to himself and dindt share his problem with others.
