Hola amigos de esta comunidad he llegado, desbloquear habilidades, cada persona tiene un talento o una habilidad que puede aprovechar para lograr alcanzar sus metas y el éxito, pero a veces nos subestimamos a nosotros mismos, pasamos por alto lo que somos capaces de hacer esto nos impide alcanzar el máximo potencial, pero siempre hay una estrategia que nos puede ayudar a explotar los talentos ven que te las cuento:

Primero que tenemos que hacer es identificar nuestros talentos y luego de eso hay que cultivarlos dedicándole tiempo y práctica para perfeccionarlo, también implica a veces tomar clases, buscar maestros o simplemente si no tienes algún maestro o algún referente dedicarle el tiempo de práctica de manera independiente cuando más te adentres dentro de tus talentos más podrás desarrollarlos.

Pero debemos evitar el miedo porque en muchos casos nos estamos desafiando a nosotros mismo el crecimiento ocurre cuando logramos salir de nuestra zona de confort, pero tenemos miedo de enfrentarnos a nuevos desafíos, tenemos miedo a expandirnos o a mejorar, te sugiero que aceptes ese proyecto que te pongan a prueba que te obligue a salir de tu zona de confort y a crecer.

También puedes buscar la forma de aplicar tu talento en varias etapas de tu vida a veces nuestras habilidades pueden ser útiles en el momento que menos los esperamos, por ejemplo si eres una persona que eres muy buena comunicadora el camino te podrá presentar las oportunidades para que tú apliques esa habilidad tanto en tu vida personal como en tu vida profesional.

First we have to identify our talents and after that we have to cultivate them by dedicating time and practice to perfect it, sometimes it also involves taking classes, looking for teachers or simply if you do not have a teacher or a reference to dedicate the time to practice independently the more you get into your talents the more you can develop them.

But we must avoid fear because in many cases we are challenging ourselves, growth occurs when we get out of our comfort zone, but we are afraid to face new challenges, we are afraid to expand or improve, I suggest you accept that project that puts you to the test that forces you to get out of your comfort zone and grow.

You can also look for ways to apply your talent in various stages of your life, sometimes our skills can be useful when we least expect them, for example if you are a person who is a very good communicator the road may present you with opportunities for you to apply that skill in your personal life as well as in your professional life.

No hay que subestimar el poder de la práctica, de la constancia y la perseverancia, incluso los talentos más relevantes necesitan ser practicados para alcanzar el máximo potencial, hay que mantener una mentalidad siempre de crecimiento, de educación continua, de esforzarse cada día por ser mejor.

También hay que salir a buscar las oportunidades para poder aplicar nuestros talentos, ya sea siendo facilitador, ya sea siendo colaborador en proyectos o simplemente brindando asesoría u orientación, compartir tus talentos no solo te beneficia a ti sino a los demás, pero también refuerza tu seguridad y el dominio que puede tener sobre ellos.

El éxito tampoco se mide por la cantidad de reconocimiento que tengas se mide en el crecimiento que tengas como persona y la satisfacción que sientes internamente que proviene de realizar y aplicar esos talentos en su máxima expresión. No necesariamente debe ser premiado, ni tener reconocimiento o logros tangibles, es decir, diplomas, cuando estemos seguros de que hemos dado el máximo potencial de nuestro talento ahí vamos a decir que somos exitosos.

Do not underestimate the power of practice, of constancy and perseverance, even the most relevant talents need to be practiced to reach the maximum potential, you must always maintain a mindset of growth, of continuous education, of striving every day to be better.

You also have to go out and look for opportunities to apply your talents, whether it is being a facilitator, being a collaborator in projects or simply providing advice or guidance, sharing your talents not only benefits you but others, but also reinforces your confidence and the mastery you can have over them.

Success is also not measured by the amount of recognition you have, it is measured in the growth you have as a person and the satisfaction you feel internally that comes from realizing and applying those talents to their fullest expression. It doesn't necessarily have to be rewarded, or have tangible recognition or achievements, i.e. diplomas, when we are sure that we have given the maximum potential of our talent then we will say that we are successful.

Podemos concluir que para poder encontrar nuestro talento debemos realizar el autoconocimiento y eso se realiza con dedicación y perseverancia, después que los identifiques tienes que cultivarlos también, tienes que desafiarte a ti mismo y no tener miedo, ni subestimarte puedes aplicar esas habilidades en distintas áreas de tu vida y recuerda que el verdadero éxito proviene de dentro, de la satisfacción interna al hacer todo esto podemos desbloquear todo tu potencial luego alcanzar la realizacion y el éxito que tú nunca pensaste que ibas a lograr.

We can conclude that in order to find our talent we must perform self-knowledge and that is done with dedication and perseverance, after you identify them you have to cultivate them too, you have to challenge yourself and not be afraid, nor underestimate you can apply those skills in different areas of your life and remember that true success comes from within, from the inner satisfaction by doing all this we can unlock your full potential then reach the realization and success that you never thought you were going to achieve.
