Pues si hago una recopilacion desde enero hasta este momento ha sido un año súper bueno para mí, haciendo un balance ha sido de crecimiento, reconocimiento, trabajo, logros, metas alcanzadas, despedidas puedo decir que el balance es positivo, en comparación del año 2022, tengo mucho que agradecer pero también mucho que recordar, por que me encanto mi 2023.

En la parte profesional estoy en un gran momento, en una clínica estable con ganas de estudiar para mejorar mi hoja de vida, he logrado un gran número de nuevos pacientes, que le ha gustado mi trabajo eso me tiene muy feliz, por que me estoy forjando un nombre, en otro país donde no tengo ningún conocido eso para mí es un gran logro, por que es desde 0, de no conocer a nadie, a tener un banco de pacientes nada despreciable.

Por lo tanto el 2023 tuve estabilidad económica pude con muchas cosas, aunque siento que las cosas han fluido mucho mejor he podido cumplir con mis compromisos, a veces al filo pero los cumplí por eso me siento muy tranquila se que puedo afrontar responsabilidad aunque estoy tranquila a veces me pone a correr para probarme que siempre llega lo que tiene que llegar simplemente hay que confiar.

Este 2023 he tenido más independencia personal, he afianzado mi toma de decisiones, soy menos temerosa a los cambios, me adapto más rápidamente a ellos por esa razón estoy bastante tranquila controla do bastante mi ansiedad, he dejado de esperar tanto de las personas que me rodea y he aceptado que las cosas no siempre son como yo quiero que sean, está parte ha sido difícil.

On the professional side I am in a great moment, in a stable clinic with a desire to study to improve my resume, I have achieved a large number of new patients, who have liked my work that makes me very happy, because I am forging a name, in another country where I have no acquaintance that for me is a great achievement, because it is from 0, from not knowing anyone, to have a bank of patients not inconsiderable.

Therefore in 2023 I had economic stability, I was able to do many things, although I feel that things have flowed much better, I have been able to fulfill my commitments, sometimes on the edge but I fulfilled them, that is why I feel very calm, I know that I can face responsibility although I am calm, sometimes it makes me run to prove to myself that what has to come always arrives, you just have to trust.

This 2023 I have had more personal independence, I have strengthened my decision making, I am less fearful of changes, I adapt more quickly to them for that reason I am quite calm, I control my anxiety, I have stopped expecting so much from the people around me and I have accepted that things are not always as I want them to be, this part has been difficult.

En el aspecto familiar, mis hijos han logrado metas como por ejemplo mi hijo es experto en cocina asiática hicimos un curso para perfeccionar y trabaja aunque este año logré algo que quería con todo el corazón y es que quiere estudiar, obligar a una persona hacer lo que uno quiere a veces no es lo más recomendable hay que dejar que ellos quieran de esta forma lo harán voluntariamente.

Mi hija este año termino su carrera ya es Lcda en Diseño Gráfico, lo que significa que ya tiene en sus manos la herramienta para forjar su futuro, trabajar ser parte del aparato productivo, donde todos nos insertamos para poder obtener las cosas que quiere y no tener de depender de nadie, eso es lo importante por que ven mi ejemplo, espero ser su referente por mucho tiempo.

Otra cosa que disfrute este año fue la reunión con mis amigos aquí, hemos afianzado nuestro lazos de amistad, donde compartimos gratos momentos, sobretodo divertidos, donde podemos ser muy auténticos, me divertí mucho por que somos un grupo bastante unido, solidario, por que si necesitamos de alguno de ellos pues siempre están dispuestos ayudar, eso es importante por que sientes un apoyo y monte sientes tan solo.

In the family aspect, my children have achieved goals, for example my son is an expert in Asian cuisine, we took a course to improve and he works, although this year I achieved something that I wanted with all my heart and that is that he wants to study, forcing a person to do what you want sometimes is not the most advisable thing to do, you have to let them want to do it voluntarily.

My daughter finished her degree this year, she is already a Graphic Design graduate, which means that she already has in her hands the tool to forge her future, to work, to be part of the productive apparatus, where we all insert ourselves to be able to obtain the things she wants and not have to depend on anyone, that is the important thing because they see my example, I hope to be her reference for a long time.

Another thing I enjoyed this year was the meeting with my friends here, we have strengthened our bonds of friendship, where we share pleasant moments, especially fun, where we can be very authentic, I had a lot of fun because we are a very united group, supportive, because if we need any of them they are always willing to help, that is important because you feel a support and you feel so alone.

Ha sido un año bastante productivo por que todo se ha ido desarrollando de una forma bastante fluida y sin ningún esfuerzo, he podido explorar mi parte interna para poder ver dónde están las fallas para poder, corregirlas, estoy en un momento bastante importante en mi vida eso me tiene pensando de lo mucho que he avanzado lo mucho que he crecido me siento bastante segura y feliz.

Han pasado muchas cosas este año que me han ayudado a probarme a mi misma, que si se puedo con todo lo que la vida me presenta, he logrado muchas cosas que pensé en la vida que las tendría pero ha sido muy satisfactorio solo me queda por decir MUCHAS GRACIAS 2023...

It has been a very productive year because everything has been developing quite smoothly and effortlessly, I have been able to explore my inner self to see where the flaws are in order to correct them, I am in a very important moment in my life that has me thinking how much I have advanced how much I have grown I feel quite confident and happy.

Many things have happened this year that have helped me to prove to myself that I can with everything that life presents me, I have achieved many things that I thought in life that I would have but it has been very satisfying I can only say THANK YOU VERY MUCH 2023....
