Music as a representation of the feelings I'm experiencing

Hello brothers and sisters. I am a musician and a member of a band. From a young age, I have loved many types of music. But the types of music that I like are Black Metal and Grindcore. For me, music is my spiritual medicine. Every emotion that is in my feelings, I will pour into music. I would go play music or listen to music when I was having a hard time. The music I play or listen to will be an echo of what I feel.
