As you all know today is another lovely Monday and I'm quite sure everyone of you know what I do on Mondays like this. This is actually a part of the week I post motivational content just to brighten your week and I hope you'll definitely feel motivated after reading this.
Napoleon Hill once stated "that the starting point of all achievement is Desire". The word Desire simply connotes having strong interest in something. This is why I do advice people that before doing anything always ask yourself if whatever you intend to do interest you because desire is definitely the first point of all achievements.
Discipline is what makes you consistent with your goals. This implies that you keep working towards achieving your goals even when no one is watching. This is one of the reasons Jim Rohn once stated that "discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments". I'm sure you can now observe that without discipline it may be quite difficult to achieve your goals and this is why most successful people are always disciplined when it comes to achieving their goals.
Combining Desire and Discipline
Adopting both habit of Desire and Discipline will definitely help you achieve your goals more than you can ever imagine. The more desired and disciplined you are, the more your chances of achieving more greatness in life.
Most of the successful people we all celebrate today used to be driven by their desire to achieve success and they were able to achieve success by their disciplined behaviour. You can also be celebrated by the world no matter your level of achievement provided you are known as someone who has the desire to make something happen and your level of self discipline is well justified.
Summary and Conclusion
In summary and conclusion, I suggest you pick up any goal you intend to accomplish no matter how big or ambiguous it may seem to be. Develop interest (desire) in achieving such goal(s) and work towards achieving the goal(s) with the help of self discipline. The astonishing fact is that you maybe be able to achieve such goal in lesser time than you expect.
