What's Eating with Happycrazycon? - Lunch at Wolf and Turtle Cafe

Some weeks ago, the weather was really not friendly for washing and sunning clothes so I was frustrated by my laundry that was overflowing from my laundry basket. Hence I went to the launderette, in my sweater.

Then the sun came out! 😫

Before I sweat myself out waiting at the launderette, I decided to check out the cafe next to it - Wolf and Turtle! I was also trying to make sure I eat well to prevent gastric because I had one episode of it the day before.

Wolf and Turtle has 2 branches in my neighbourhood. I always wonder why wolf and turtle? What is the relationship? Hahah I still do not have the answer.

Food

This cafe offers quite a decent variety of food, from pasta to sandwiches, from burgers to waffles and pancakes. They also have pastries like scones and cakes too. It took me quite a while to decide. Some of their meals are more expensive so I finally went with a pesto spaghetti. I was offered the choice of beef or chicken. I gladly chose beef.

With the weather being a bit cloudy, I ordered a cup of hot chocolate to go with my meal
The total cost of my meal is RM36 which is lesser than USD12.

I actually enjoyed the pesto spaghetti a lot. It was tasty and very satisfying. The hot chocolate was as usual but at least it wasn't too sweet so I kind of like it too.

Ambience

There is a Turtle shaped by Led lights behind my seat. The whole shop didn't look too crowded and furbished with white tables and chairs. There are skateboards hanging on the wall, interestingly. There is also a section where they hang some merchandises like clothes and tote bag for sale.

At the front counter, they do sell coffee beans and also Nesspreso pods. They also sell some coffee cups.

Generally, it is a comfortable place. After lunch hour, the staff suddenly came back from lunch then it got a bit noisy for a while but it was bearable. There are also seats outside the shop if you want to sit away from the usual indoor crowd.

After I was done with lunch, I walked back to the launderette with a happy tummy!
