INICIATIVA: Dímelo Cantando, expresemos nuestros sentimientos mediante la música 🎧 // INITIATIVE: Tell me singing, let's express our feelings through music 🎧

Realizando mis respectivos paseos por #Hive, me encontré con una interesante iniciativa, se trata de expresar tus emociones con música, a pesar de que ya la iniciativa expiró yo quise hacerla. Sin embargo, es importante destacar que no soy tan pegada a la música, pero si hubo un momento de mi vida donde una canción me ayudo bastante a entender la situación que me encontraba atravesando.

Ahora bien, en la vida hay momentos altos y bajos, pues es toda una montaña rusa y en ocasiones tenemos que aferrarnos a algo que nos ayude a pasar por ese proceso. Por tal motivo, hoy quiero presentar mi primera canción, se trata de Al Final de Lilly Goodman.

Hubo un momento de mi vida en el que pase por una terrible depresión, ya que me encontraba muy enamorada, con planes de matrimonio pero por razones que no explicare en este momento, esa relación tuvo que terminar. Lamentablemente fue una ruptura muy traumática y dolorosa en la que mi autoestima fue bastante golpeada, por ende tuve que buscar ayuda profesional, la cual es la mejor decisión que he tomado en mi vida, porque pude sobrellevar la situación de la mejor manera y cambiar cosas en mí que no estaban bien.

Obviamente, fue un proceso muy duro y largo porque lo primero que el psicólogo me dijo era que tenía que vivir el proceso completo, sin intentar saltarme ningún momento. Pero a nadie le gusta sentir dolor y por eso me identifico mucho con la primera parte de la canción, ya que muchas veces le pedí explicaciones a Dios y le preguntaba ¿dónde estabas tú? Hablaba con él y pero me sentía sin respuesta en incluso le llegue a decir que era un Dios injusto porque permitía que personas hicieran daño sin ningún tipo de castigo. Pero el coro de la canción fue algo de lo que me apropie y cada momento en el que estaba abajo me decía “es parte de un propósito y todo bien saldrá” siempre será mejor lo que vendrá.

Los duelos cuando se termina una relación son considerados incluso más dolorosos que cuando un ser querido muere, porque tenemos que aprender a vivir sin esa persona pero en ocasiones viéndola todos los días e incluso rehaciendo su vida con alguien más y esto hace que el proceso sea más difícil y largo, pero lo importante es comprender que nada es eterno, que todo pasa en la vida y que Dios siempre nos llevará a un lugar mejor.

La segunda canción que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes es de una cantante que admiro muchísimo y la cual tuve el gran privilegio de verla en un hermoso concierto es Christine D’Clario y su canción Danzando.

Danzando es mi canción favorita en este momento, es la letra, su ritmo y la alegría que me transmite. Yo he resurgido como el Ave Fénix, después de haber estado en un estado tan difícil estoy transitando hacia el lugar donde quiero estar y aunque sigo teniendo momentos bajos ya no se apoderan de mí los pensamientos catastróficos. Esta canción se ha convertido en mi compañía cuando estoy trabajando la canto a todo pulmón y danzo de alegría.

Una de las experiencias más lindas que he podido vivir es escuchar esta canción en vivo de su autora, en el estadio Farid Richa de mi ciudad. El fragmento que más me gusta es el que dice “Mi escudo, mi fuerza, mi seguridad con Cristo camino y estoy Danzando en cada temporada” me hace sentir seguridad, confianza y esperanza, me ha enseñado que la vida hay que vivirla danzando en cada temporada.

While doing my respective walks through #Hive, I came across an interesting initiative, it is about expressing your emotions with music, even though the initiative has already expired I wanted to do it. However, it is important to note that I am not so attached to music, but there was a moment in my life where a song helped me a lot to understand the situation I was going through.

Now, in life there are highs and lows, it's a roller coaster and sometimes we have to hold on to something to help us through that process. For that reason, today I want to present my first song, Al Final by Lilly Goodman.

There was a moment in my life when I went through a terrible depression, since I was very much in love, with marriage plans but for reasons that I will not explain at this time, that relationship had to end. Unfortunately, it was a very traumatic and painful breakup in which my self-esteem was quite hit, therefore I had to seek professional help, which is the best decision I have made in my life, because I was able to cope with the situation in the best way and change things in me that were not right.

Obviously, it was a very hard and long process because the first thing the psychologist told me was that I had to live the whole process, without trying to skip any moment. But nobody likes to feel pain and that's why I identify a lot with the first part of the song, because many times I asked God for explanations and asked him where were you? I would talk to him but I felt no answer and I even told him that he was an unjust God because he allowed people to do harm without any kind of punishment. But the chorus of the song was something I took ownership of and every moment I was down I said to myself "it's part of a purpose and all will be well" it will always be better what will come.

Grief when a relationship ends is considered even more painful than when a loved one dies, because we have to learn to live without that person but sometimes seeing them every day and even redoing their life with someone else and this makes the process more difficult and longer, but the important thing is to understand that nothing is eternal, that everything happens in life and that God will always take us to a better place.

The second song that I want to share with you today is by a singer that I admire very much and who I had the great privilege of seeing in a beautiful concert is Christine D'Clario and her song Danzando.

Danzando is my favorite song at the moment, it's the lyrics, its rhythm and the joy it transmits to me. I have risen like the Phoenix Bird, after having been in such a difficult state I am moving towards the place where I want to be and although I still have low moments, catastrophic thoughts no longer take hold of me. This song has become my company when I am working, I sing it at the top of my lungs and dance with joy.

One of the most beautiful experiences I have had is listening to this song live from its author, in the Farid Richa stadium in my city. The fragment that I like the most is the one that says "My shield, my strength, my security with Christ I walk and I am dancing in every season" makes me feel security, confidence and hope, it has taught me that life must be lived dancing in every season.
